Analysis of Previous Media Activities

We’ve been working with Bank Pekao S.A. for many years across various types of campaigns, including performance marketing, SEO, and brand marketing. For well-established brands, the challenge often arises when trying to acquire new customers, which frequently requires refreshing the target audience.
Luckily, we are skilled at effectively activating young people in their natural environment – online.

Our Mission: What We Wanted to Achieve

As part of our ongoing collaboration, we run dedicated campaigns on social media, utilizing influencer marketing, video-based campaigns, and display ads. This time, our goal was to build Bank Pekao S.A.’s image as an institution that meets the needs of gamers, offering solutions tailored to their requirements, earning their trust, and establishing a close connection with the younger generation.

Our strategy was based on creating ads by individuals who are closest to gamers – streamers and well-known influencers. Among those involved in the campaign were: Karol Kuter, Programista na Froncie, Kebcio, Michał Petala, and Shakal.

We targeted platforms where our audience is most active: Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and Metas ecosystem. We implemented actions on Facebook, including posts, ads, all supported by custom creative content, both static and video materials, to build the image of Bank Pekao S.A.

3x increase in personal account openings in the 18-26 age group.

Results, and Much More!

We successfully reached gamers in their native environment, such as Twitch. The Bank Pekao S.A. campaign involved 1,671 streamers. The combination of various types of activities resulted in a threefold increase in the number of personal accounts opened by users aged 18-26.

The campaign received a nomination for the Performance Marketing Diamonds EU 2023 in the category of The Most Effective Sales Campaign.
